Black Mamba core team was heavily involved in developing Virgin Mobile go-to-market marketing strategy concept for their Saudi Arabian launch. Black Mamba team was also part of the core team responsible for all of Virgin Mobile digital service design for Saudi Arabia. The design & execution of the strategy & digital services was a three year journey, executed in three progressive phases. The successful brand positioning and exceptional web services didn’t go unnoticed in the region, reaping awards and prestige. The major landmark of having one million paying customers was reached within 11 months of the commercial launch.
